People seem to think that healthy crack pot meals are boring and flat. Some also believe that preparing them is time-consuming and difficult. This kind of thinking is what we are here to change. We want to share with you healthy crack pot meals that you and your family will surely love.
First, we want to share with you a healthy chicken crock pot meal we call the chicken cacciatore. In Italian, the word cacciatore refers to a hunter. In a kitchen setting, this word simply describes a meal prepared “hunter-style” with onions, mushrooms, herbs, tomatoes, bell pepper and sometime wine. So, in preparing this dish, we need three pounds of skinless bone-in chicken thighs, 14 ounce of diced tomatoes with Italian seasoning, six ounce of canned tomato paste, half a cup of chicken both. To add more flavor to the dish, bring in some sliced onions, three cloves of minced garlic, and chopped bell peppers. To complete the dish, we need one-fourth cup of dry red wine. Don’t forget the salt and pepper to season it.
As soon as you get every ingredient on the kitchen table, simply place all these ingredients in a 3-4 quart slow cooker. Then cover and cook the chicken on low heat for 6-8 hours. It’s as simple as that. You can serve this with hot cooked pasta or rice depending on what you are craving for.
One of the healthy crock pot meals that you’ll surely find flavorful is the slow cooker pork roast and vegetables. This dish is a collaboration of pork sirloin roast with vegetables seasoned with all spice and apple butter.

One of the rarest metals, has garnered a unique place in human experience. A common image in myths and legends, this metal has symbolized immortality, the divine, and prosperity.
Prehistoric man probably first found gold on the ground. The first known use of occurs in Central and Eastern Europe as early as 4000 BC. Highly sophisticated art and jewelry have been found in the Sumerian Royal tombs (now Southern Iraq) dating back to around 3000 BC. Goldsmiths in Peru were making gold ornaments by 1200 BC. In ancient times, Egypt produced 80% of the world’s AU and invented mining. They colonized Nubia for its gold; and for good reason, the Nubian mines produced over 4 million pounds of of this mineral.
Status
Traditionally this metal been a sign of status and rank and thus, its use was commonly limited to certain members of society. In Sumeria (modern-day Iraq), only royalty could be buried with golden ornaments. In Egypt initially only the pharaoh (and gods) owned all the gold. In ancient Roman times, there were laws establishing who could wear gold rings. For the Inca, the Imperial Ruler controlled the supply and distributed it only to nobles for distinguished service. And from 1700-1900, the Asante in Africa had vast amounts, but only the King and officials were able to wear jewelry fashioned from this metal.
Immortality
Unlike other metals, gold is incorruptible. Silver tarnishes, iron rusts, copper turns green. But gold remains the same. This inherent property is probably partly why many cultures independently associated this metal with immortality. An ancient Greek poet described it as “a child of Zeus (chief god), neither moth nor rust devour it.”

Be at One with the Land.
Buyers and collectors have accepted photography as art for some time, but only if it’s of significant artistic merit. Great landscape photography sells because the buyer is searching for escapism and the need to dream. As a species we have always been linked to and drawn to the landscape. Do you have a love for the countryside and a understanding of the landscape?
When you’re out in the great outdoors, away from the bustle, what do you see …
… sunlight filtering through trees and dancing on the landscape?
… snow on the mountains and a gushing river in full flow?
… coastal cliffs with the shimmering sea lapping onto the shore?
… a brooding sky casting a spell over the windswept moors?
… the warm glow of the sun setting at the close of day?
… or mists and changing patterns of wind, clouds and magical light?
Do you see the beauty and feel the connection?
To produce a great photo landscape you need to understand the countryside and how light affects it. You need to have a passion for the land and experience an intimate connection with nature. The best way of doing this is to explore an area on foot and become part of the landscape before taking any photos.
On your walk look for:
* Light (shadows and highlights)
* Shapes (round and angular)
* Colour (harmony and discord)
* Texture (rough and smooth)
* Composition (strong and weak)
* Tones (light and dark)
* Patterns (even and odd)
* Mystery ( ? and ? )

Although it is used as a generic term encompassing all makes of personal watercraft ‘Jet Ski’ is actually the brand name of the personal watercraft manufactured by Kawasaki. These days it is acceptable to call all personal watercraft by the name Jet Ski sometimes shortened to just ‘Ski’.
There are two basic types of Jet Ski the stand-up version which is used by freestyle competitors and the sit-down version which is better suited for cruising and recreational use. The main differences being that the stand-up version has a pivoting handlebars and no seat which allows greater freedom and movement to the rider. Freestyle riders use this freedom to perform stunts such as jumps, rolls and backflips.
The sit-down version has a larger hull and can either be made for one rider or up to three riders on a family sized watercraft. These PWs are more comfortable for longer distances and are suited to cruising and pleasure rides.
There are global competitions for both type of Jet Ski. Which include Freestyle championships awarding prizes for the best stunts, races and endurance competitions where the PW would be ridden for a longer distance.
Kawasaki was the first manufacturer to start building jet skis and produced the first stand-up JSs as early as 1973. The JS came to the general public around 1976 Kawasaki stated to mass produce JSs and the sport as we know it was born.
Jet skiing has gradually gained popularity throughout the decades and the early 90s saw the sport evolve to competition level. As the personal watercrafts became more capable and more powerful competition level riding became more than just a hobby and riders started to attract sponsorship. This allowed riders to commit themselves to training full time and develop the sport to the skill level we see today.

The temperature in March is very changeable, but it does not mean you should not prepare your garden before the season. Below are provided useful tips, how to take care of the garden during this quixotic month.
Leafy trees and shrubs
If the temperature is above 0 degree, you should take off (or at least loll) the coverage from the plants to avoid overheating. Delicate, night frosts are not so dangerous for buds (unless there are strong frosts predicted).
At the end of the month you can cut heather and bindweed. In case of: roses, Potentilla, Spiraea, hydrangea you should shorten last year growths. Other species can be just cleared from dried and freezing branches, leafs etc. Tools should be sharp to the wounds could scar over quickly.
Conifers
All coniferous species are endangered by so called “physiological drought” which is when the sun causes water evaporation from the plant and frozen ground does not allow it to fill the lack of water. In this case it is good to shade the shrubs to limit evaporation. You can also protect the plants by regular watering the ground in warm days.
Fruit trees and shrubs
big trees like apples, pears and plum-trees should be cut radically (leave only 7-8 branches). Remember about removing the one, dominating branch of the tree, it enhances harmonious growth of all tree. In the second part of month cut the trees that were planted autumn.
Lawn
When the ground is already dry you can rake the lawn and remove all reminiscences of the last season. Then roll the lawn to align the surface. If you notice the moss on the grass, which means the ground is acidulous, you should pour the lime on the surface.

Software configuration management is intended to control the configuration of a software product or system throughout the life cycle of the product and that includes the project that builds it. Software development organizations that have been certified as CMM or CMMI Level 2 or above will have a robust Software Configuration Management process in place; all you need to do is to determine the activities, tasks, milestones, and deliverables your project must plan to be compliant. Project managers who don’t have the advantage of an established Software Configuration Management process will have to implement one as part of their project. The advantage of doing so is twofold: you maintain control of the applications, networks, and manuals that are compiled for the system and you establish a re-usable process that can maintain control of the system throughout its lifecycle. The process you leave behind can also be used by other projects. Not implementing some sort of configuration management process will lead to problems when you try to produce builds and patch the software. Typical of this type of problem is the software bug that was fixed by an earlier build recurring in a subsequent build, or the 1 hour build that takes days.
There are 2 ways to approach the issue of configuration management where there is no existing process. You can either make the definition and implementation of a process part of the scope of the project, or you can implement just enough to satisfy the needs of the project and leave the implementation of a proper process for another project. I suppose a third option might be for the implementation of a CMMI Level 2 program to coincide with your project but very seldom will the project and program schedules permit this. The purpose of this article is to provide some tips and tricks that will give your project insurance against sloppy configuration practices without overburdening it with unnecessary overhead.

Let’s put a way the flip-flops, pack up our summer shorts and bring out this fall’s newest line of casual wear. In today’s fast paced and changing lifestyle, we women love to dress casual. We want to feel good about ourselves and our femininity and still be able to do everything our lifestyle dictates while looking great.
Casual wear is not just a fad. Women demand chic, sexy styles with that built-in comfort factor with the right flair.
We love being able to just “throw something on” and wear it all day. But before we do that we need to build a core wardrobe of basic items with enough variety to keep from being boring.
To start with there are several color combinations that go well together – khaki, denim, tan and black, khaki, white. Choose cohesive pieces and build around the basic styles.
Casual shoes are also important. Please ladies, no white running shoes. I repeat, NO WHITE RUNNING SHOES! Stick with a pair of boots or sandals.
